the fine print
You have 30 days to return your items starting from the day you receive them. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags still attached. Sale and personalised items cannot be returned.
If you would like to make a return, please package your items up with the tags still attached. Then flick us an email to hello@daisychains.nz with your order number, and we will provide delivery details to get the items sent back to us.
Please note - you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, a $10 flat fee will be taken off your refund, to cover handling.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
refunds:
Once your return is received and confirmed it is in it's original condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Unfortunately, refunds will not be given if they do not comply with the above return policy. Please note – only full priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
